The BRITA Extra C-Tap is a premium integrated hydration solution designed for modern workplaces, hospitality settings and shared environments where design, flexibility and performance are equally important. Featuring a brushed stainless-steel tap and minimalist glass touch panel above the counter, the system conceals all technical components, including the cooler, carbonator, filtration system and optional boiler, beneath the worktop for a clean, uncluttered aesthetic. Suitable for 20 to 100 regular users, Extra C-Tap delivers up to five water types from a single tap: ambient still, chilled still, semi-sparkling, sparkling and optional instant hot water.
Designed to enhance the user experience, Extra C-Tap combines elegant design with intelligent functionality. Users can dispense pre-set portions for bottles or glasses at the touch of a button, while an intuitive interface provides easy access to settings and usage information. The system is available in multiple configurations to suit different requirements, with optional medium or large boilers for hot water applications. Energy-saving standby and night modes help reduce consumption, while integrated anti-limescale protection supports long-term performance and operating efficiency.
Hygiene and safety are central to the Extra C-Tap design. The system incorporates BRITA's CLARITY Protect filtration technology, which helps reduce microplastics, bacteria, cysts, PFAS and other unwanted substances while retaining essential minerals and delivering excellent-tasting water. For hot water applications, the PURITY C filter helps reduce limescale and maintain consistent quality. The dispenser is further protected by BRITA ThermalGate™, which automatically disinfects the tap area to help defend against contamination, while additional safety features include leak detection, emergency shut-off functionality and anti-scalding protection.
As a mains-fed solution, Extra C-Tap helps organisations move away from bottled water, reducing plastic waste, storage requirements and associated logistics.
