Roger Saul is best known as the Founder of Mulberry, the iconic British brand he launched in 1971 with just £500 and a vision for timeless, quality craftsmanship. Over three decades, he built Mulberry into a global name, celebrated for its leather goods, elegant style, and authentic British heritage. Today, Roger runs Sharpham Park, an organic farm known previously for reviving British spelt and now producing British Organic Walnuts and championing sustainable regenerative farming.

At the Independent Hotel Show 2025, he will reflect on a lifetime of creating beautiful, values-driven brands. His keynote will explore how provenance, storytelling and design can elevate the guest experience and shape the next chapter of independent hospitality - and why the future of luxury lies in meaning, not just material.
