From Burnout to Balance: The Power of Manager Training

Join Hospitality Action for a taster session exploring how to better equip managers with the skills to support their teams. In Hospitality Action’s most recent survey, almost half of respondents reported a poor work/life balance, with two in three junior staff believing burnout is simply part of the job. Short staffing, excessive workloads, and unpredictable work patterns are often unavoidable, but when the exception becomes the norm, morale dips, staff leave, and managers are left juggling impossible demands.

This interactive session will share key insights from Hospitality Action’s research, including why 55% of employees believe more manager training is the most effective step their employer can take to improve wellbeing. Attendees will walk away with practical tips to ensure managers feel supported, and learn how cost-effective training, combined with Hospitality Action’s Employee Assistance Programme, can boost morale, reduce absenteeism, and prevent workplace problems before they arise.
