Unspoken fears: why your wellbeing message isn’t connecting
One third of employees in hospitality feel they can’t talk about wellbeing issues at work, according to Hospitality Action’s latest wellbeing survey. That’s up to a million employees who aren’t aware of the efforts their employers are making to address wellbeing issues. The survey also found that over 65% of respondents felt that talking about their mental health would limit their future prospects with their employer.
