ProVenue provides specialised accredited and certified training that can be tailored to suit individual business needs and requirements.
ProVenue has developed a core group of e-learning short courses including subjects such as Beverage Appreciation, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, Barista, Bar Tending, House Keeping, Front Office, Porter & Valet Services and many others. All courses are available through the easy-to-use Learning Management System for employees, which can be taken either at work or at home, allowing staff to gain multiple skills, grow in their careers, and be qualified to handle different areas of the business, depending on requirements.
ProVenue also developed a comprehensive incident and accident reporting system (ProIncident) and a brand new feature, ProAudit. This feature allows the clients to build any inspection or audit in minutes, and assign it to other users within the ProVenue system.
